Use any and all prepaid sessions within a six month period. Spa Newbury guarantees to not sell more appointments than available but will expire unused prepaid appointments 6 months after purchase. Give 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will forfeit payment of appointment. Spa Newbury is only able to accommodate a limited amount of appointment changes and cancellations which we call the 50% rule. If a client purchases a package of 14 visits and changes or cancels up to 7 appointments, the 8th appointment and so on of the 14 pack will not be changeable or cancellable. All appointments above and beyond the 50% rule will be used as payment for that client's scheduled appointment time whether the client is able to show for the appointment or not. Be on time. Tardiness will be deducted from appointment when accommodations are not possible. Drink 2-3 liters of water per day while participating in the initial intensive program. Drink approximately 2 liters of water per day post initial intensive. Water is critical for a successful program. Smoking and alcohol consumption both decrease the positive effects of Endermologie. The manufacturer recommends clients to discontinue the use of both while participating in Endermologie services. Be under a medical physician's care and notify Spa Newbury of any changes in medical condition in writing. Failure to notify could compromise results. Sessions are unsafe for some medical conditions and situations. Maintain or improve current diet and exercise routine. Results are not achieved by those who do the opposite. At least 14 sessions should be sought at minimum. In rare instances some clients see improvement prior to the end of 14 sessions. Sessions should be continued regardless. Initial intensive sessions (the first 14+ sessions) must be sought at least one time per week and no more than 48 hours between appointments. Spa Newbury recommends a minimum of 14 sessions as a starting point for clients. It regularly takes much more than 14 visits to achieve (desired) results. Most clients seek an average of 24-40+ initial intensive visits. The FDA approves Endermologie only for TEMPORARY improvement of appearance. Sessions must be continued at minimum 1-2+ per month to maintain improvements or results can (usually will) be lost. Endermologie is much like an exercise program. It is a lifelong process that is not effective unless practiced regularly. Clients are responsible for their own endermowear suit and must provide one to receive service. "Forgotten" suits are not an appropriate reason to break the 24 hour cancellation notice given a replacement suit may be purchased for $25. Understand that results are not guaranteed and will factor largely on the participant. Results are determined by the commitment to the program and its instructions, genetics, lifestyle and other participant dependent factors. Our client's are to understand that program requirements will be updated and changed as we continue to evolve and improve our Endermologie Program and Business.
